Please register and join VEMF in bringing the Gospel to all peoples.
4.- A missionary story: “Temple Runaway”
Amid the darkness of fear, oppression, and despair, a seven-year-old girl risked everything to escape in search of freedom. She did not know where the road ahead would lead; she clung only to a faint glimmer of hope found in two names she had overheard: Amy and the Lord Jesus Christ.
“Temple Runaway” is the moving story of Preena and the missionary Amy Carmichael—a woman who devoted her life to serving in India, protecting vulnerable children, and bringing the love of Christ to those living in fear.
We invite you to read this story and witness the courage of a little girl, the compassion of a missionary, and the liberating power of Jesus Christ. Are we willing to become the hands, the embracing arms, and the voice of Christ for those who are crying out for help?
5.- The handbook “PRAY FOR THE THIRTY-ONE LARGEST FRONTIER PEOPLE GROUPS” has been produced by JoshuaProject.net, TelosFellowship.org and Go31.org. Download a free copy here or download the free FPG daily prayer app for Android and iOS at BlessFrontierPeoples.org.
6.- How Can We Pray for and Help the Victims of the Earthquake in Venezuela? The two successive earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24, 2026, caused severe loss of life and extensive damage to homes and the livelihoods of tens of thousands of people. As relief efforts continue, we invite you to read the report, updated on July 20, 2026, at this link to learn more about:
the current situation; the relief efforts being carried out by Christian organizations; and practical ways Vietnamese Christians can help through prayer and financial giving. Please also read the general information to pray for Venezuela available here
Let us pray that God the Holy Sprit will fill us with power from high to spread the Good News about our Lord Jesus, to bring glory to His Name.
In Christ,
Nghĩa Phạm
